Occupancy

The Old Workshop accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

Children aged 2 and over count towards occupancy. Please request a cot for children under 2 when booking.

If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the arrival date, a charge equivalent to the first night of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 8 or more days before the arrival date, a refund will be issued, less the £50 non-refundable deposit.
If the booking is rebooked, the £50 deposit will be credited towards the new booking date.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction after arrival, the full booking cost is charged.

The cottage is all on one level, with just one small step onto the porch.
The children's playroom is accessed separately from outside via a set of steps. Please note that the playroom has a low head height.
The drying room, which contains a tumble dryer, is also accessed separately via a set of steps from the parking area.

One key is provided on arrival. If guests cannot be greeted, it will be left in a secure key box and the code supplied before arrival.

A £25 replacement charge applies if the key is not returned.

Please look after the property, furniture and fittings and leave them in their original condition.

Furniture should not be moved, and decorations should not be attached to walls. Damage may incur additional charges.

Please report all damage or breakages before departure. Breakages must be paid for.

Dockleaf Cottages does not provide guest insurance. Guests are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance.

Dockleaf Cottages is not liable for loss or damage to guests' belongings or personal injury during their stay.

Please contact us promptly about any belongings left behind. If items are found, postage and packaging costs must be paid for their return.

Perishable food is disposed of on changeover day.

Dockleaf Cottages reserves the right to enter the property at reasonable times for inspection, repairs or maintenance.
